           As a key development strategy, Foryou Corporation would focus on its main business, with Car-Electronics, Precision Parts, and LED included. The business of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, Foryou Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. (FME), would be separated from Foryou Corporation.
           The management of FME has established 4L Health Co., Ltd. (4L Health), which would bought the tangible assets of FME, including the raw materials, finished products, moulds, etc., as well as the intangible assets, including the patents, technical data, know-how, etc. And 4L Health would undertake all the obligations of repair and maintenance to the products sold by FME before.
           In June 2nd, 2015, the acquisition has been completed.
